SAMPLE ORDER
All sample orders are being charged in advance for total value including Shipping & Handling charges.
 

We will offer you a special discount of same value of sample ordered during your first order placed. As per our said policy the Sample Order will be free of cost for your after your first order (BUT it will depend on order quantities) , But Freight is paid by customers.

Samples mostly are produced within week and it depends on design and quantity of samples.

CLIENT's PRIVACY
We are  always ready to produce new products according to modern techniques and our client's requirements. So,  you can forward us your master samples /or drawings enabling us to make instrument according to your demand or designs.

We always do written agreement with our special clients to supply their designed  instruments only to him.

WARRANTY
Our Warranty are limited to manufacturing defects only, in such case product will be repaired or replaced.

SHIPMENT MODES

The general method of forwarding goods from our market is as under and approximate transite time is mentioned excluded week-ends/Holidays.

-	By COURIER DHL/ UPS4-5 days for Europe, For USA/Canada 1 week.
-	EMS within 10-15 days.
-	By 2nd Class SAL Air Mail Post Parcel ( Receive the goods with in 17-20 days )
-	By Air Cargo Service depends of the Ailine and available Flights, mostly Transit time is 1 week, But for Urgent shipments in Europe 2-4 days  for U S   8 days can be arranged and freight goes high accordingly.

DELIVERY DURATION

All orders are depending upon quantity & the type of product and we will provide the deliver date before confirming order. Most of common orders are produced within 4 weeks after confirmation of order, design, and after receipt of payment or L/C.

Our given dates are shipping date from EX-FACTORY.
